About Janea Arford and Arford Ministry

At the Lord's direction, Arford Ministry was formed to fulfill the calling Janea feels upon her life to minister to and to encourage women in their walk with Jesus Christ. As the Lord began to open doors for Janea to speak to women, He began to show her a gifting and a passion for teaching His Word.

Janea asked Jesus into her heart when she was a young child. It was in her early thirties, after years of working as a freelance court reporter, that she began to feel a call to Christian ministry. She has had experience in many areas of Christian leadership: Prayer Ministry, Women's Ministry, Bible teacher, Christian speaker for women’s events and retreats, and a Christian writing/devotional ministry that has spread across the Internet. She has also been involved in Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) for several years and has served in leadership there.

As a writer, Janea has tackled many Christian topics – taking ordinary events in life and drawing a parallel to our Christian walk; inspirational stories on the power of God, evangelism and spiritual warfare; applying God’s Word, the Bible, to our lives; and the importance of prayer. Janea’s hope is that through her writing, teaching and speaking, God’s Word will come to life for people, resulting in a deepening of their faith and a commitment to move forward in their relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.

Janea lives in Anthem, Arizona, with her husband Greg and their two young children.
